I never received my order. What do I do?

Please contact the producer directly. Their contact information is on their profile page (which you can get to from any page on the site by clicking on their name).  You can also request a full refund for the order.  To do so, click on the Orders link and click the view order button next to the relevant order. Then click the request full refund button. Enter a reason for the request, then click submit full refund request. You can check the status of the credit request by viewing the order detail page anytime.
