What is a credit request?


Buyers have the ability to request a credit from you for all or any part of an order. If a buyer has a problem with an order, such as missing or unusable items, they have up to 48 hours after delivery to request a refund from you. When a buyer submits a credit request they will select the relevant products, amount requested, and submit a reason for the request. Once you receive a request it is up to you whether or not to approve it.
