Something was wrong with my order or damaged. How can I get a credit?


If something is damaged, missing, or not up to your standards you can request a credit from the producer within 48 hours of the delivery date (the “credit request window”). To do so, click on the Orders link and click the view order button next to the relevant order. Then click the credit request button next to the products that you would like a credit for. Enter a reason for the request and a percentage or dollar amount that you would like credited back, then click create order credit. You can check the status of the credit request by viewing the order detail page anytime.
